From the Mid-eighties Into a New Technological Era
Operating in the shipping business since the 1980s, the people behind Bay Shipping A/S all have extensive experience with bulk cargo shipping. The past 25 years have seen huge technological developments, and at Bay Shipping A/S we have always prioritized keeping up-to-date and employing the most efficient tools and techniques available.

Morten, born 1966, has worked in shipping since ’84. Prior to joining Bay Shipping A/S in ’96 he spent time in Flensburg, Bremen and Copenhagen working with both chartering and clearing.
Morten forms the driving force behind Bay Shipping A/S. His daily tasks mainly relate to chartering, agency and the administation of various projects.
Morten lives in Odder with his wife and their two sons. Just like his colleagues, he spends his spare time exercising and being physically active: He goes swimming every morning and is an avid runner and bike rider—he has completed six marathons plus, in 2011, half an Iron Man—and of course finds time to play soccer with his boys.

Christian began his shipping career at Bay Shipping A/S in 2002 and finished his education in 2004. After three years’ employment outside the shipping business, he rejoined Bay Shipping A/S in 2007 and today he is a key member of the Bay Shipping A/S team.
Christian handles tasks relating to chartering, agency and stevedoring.
Christian and his girlfriend live in Lystrup, outside Aarhus. His spare time is spent playing soccer and badminton.
